Are these prints archival?
This fine art prints are only printed on archival acid-free fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of my work. The print holds the highest details that are contained in the image.
My print will be signed?
The print will be hand-signed by the artist.
Do my print come with a frame?
No, our prints are sold without a frame. This is because a frame adds significant weight to the package, which can substantially increase shipping costs. We want to offer you the maximum flexibility in choosing how to display your print, while also helping you save on shipping by avoiding additional costs for a frame.
How will my print be packaged?
Your print will be securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. First, we carefully wrap the print in special paper to avoid any scratches. Then, we add a layer of bubble wrap for extra protection. Finally, the entire bundle is placed in a sturdy cardboard tube, providing additional strength and safety during transportation.
How long will my print take to arrive?
Your Fine Art Prints will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. Delivery will take up to 6-14 days. And will be sent via tracked & insured shipping service.
What is the policy on returns?
All prints are made on order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
What if my print gets damaged in transit?
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.
